Qardia is an allied health agency that provides specialised clinical support for cardiac procedures and monitoring. We provide remote home monitoring for patients with implantable cardiac devices (pacemakers and defibrillators), in person technical assistance for cardiac tests/procedures (locum agency) and monitoring of external cardiac monitors (KardiaMobile).

These terms and conditions (Terms) govern your use of our services either through the Qardia website located at https://qardia.com.au (Website) or otherwise provided to you. By using our services and the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms which form a binding contractual agreement between you, the user of our services and the Website and us, QARDIA PTY LTD ABN 62 637 175 663 (Qardia, our, we or us).

Before services are provided by Qardia, you will be provided with the specific terms and conditions related to the service engaged (Cardiac implantable remote monitoring, Locum Agency or KardiaMobile monitoring). As no services can be engaged directly on the website, these terms and conditions will not be stored on this website. The specific terms and conditions will be provided and agreed upon by both parties before services are initiated.

Qardia does not provide urgent medical aid or assistance. We work with your doctor to ensure any urgent clinical transmissions we have received can be actioned quickly.

We do not provide medical advice. For routine advice, consult your doctor or other healthcare practitioner.
